An update from Hyundai New Zealand on COVID-19

At Hyundai New Zealand we are committed to putting the health and wellbeing of our customers, our dealerships and our staff first. In response to COVID-19, we have put several steps in place to ensure everyone stays safe and supported across all alert levels.

We will keep this page updated with any new information we have relating to the virus, the impact on our staff, dealerships and customers and our involvement in local communities.

Alert Level 2 information

For customers in regions under Alert Level 2, we can confirm that our dealer network will be open for all sales, servicing and parts enquiries on-site.

While our dealerships will be open for customers to visit, we are still offering contactless servicing and test drive options, with the ability to pick up and drop off at your convenience.  

Under Alert Level 2, we will also be offering increased safety measures under Ministry of Health guidelines for all staff and customers.

Alert Level 3 information

While at Alert Level 3, customers will not be able to visit the inside of our dealerships, but we will have contactless test drives and servicing available with a range of pick-up and drop-off options, both at the dealership and at your home. 

If your vehicle requires servicing or you’d like to take a test drive, we highly recommend that you make an appointment beforehand. This helps to ensure that everyone stays safe.

Alert Level 4 information

In regions currently in Alert Level 4, our dealerships will be closed and only offering contactless repair options for essential workers.

While at Alert Level 4, the? safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff and community remains our highest priority. We are following the Ministry of Health’s guidelines and have implemented stringent measures to ensure everyone stays safe.?
